1st International Conference on Non-Formal Education, 19 to 20 October.

Organised by Akademi Pengakap Negara(APN). Almost 600 participants attended online. Excellent Plenary by top Professors from UPM, USM, and Universitas Bung Hatta. Good papers were presented by other lecturers. Podcast discussion by Rover, Girl Guide, St John, Red Cross, and Pramuka.

In addition, a Scout Comic written by Akademi Pengakap Negara and Department of Animation , Kolej Komuniti Kuala Langat was officially launched.

APN e bulletin was also released.
